an invitation, not a technique

Presence, before performance

Selene works with individuals and couples on embodied intimacy — presence, communication, and touch, at a pace your nervous system can actually keep up with.

Selene Ward

Selene trained for six years in somatic sex education before opening her own practice — first as a student of what her own body needed to feel safe, then as someone who could teach it.

Every session starts with what's true right now, not a script. Consent is asked for explicitly, every time, at every step.

  • Certified Somatic Sex Educator (CSE)
  • Tantra Teacher Training, Source School of Tantra
  • Certified in consent-based coaching practice

Questions people ask first

Is this therapy?

No — this is embodiment and intimacy coaching, not licensed therapy or medical treatment. Selene works alongside therapists when clients already have one, and can refer out when clinical support is the better fit.

Do I need to come with a partner?

Not at all. Roughly half of Selene's clients work 1:1, alone.

Is there any nudity or touch involved?

Touch-based work is entirely optional and consented to explicitly, session by session — many clients do purely conversational and breath-based work throughout.

How confidential is this?

Fully. Nothing discussed in session is shared, and intake details are stored securely and never sold or passed on.
