Anchor & Wing is embodiment coaching for people who've done the reading, been to the workshops, and still feel like a stranger in their own body. This is where insight turns into practice.
Start low-cost with a first session, settle into ongoing coaching, or go deeper with a cohort.
A first conversation and a felt-sense practice, to see how this actually lands in your body — not just your head.
Ongoing 1:1 work weaving movement, breath, and presence into daily life — a rebuilt habit, not a retreat high.
A closed group moving through the same material together, with the accountability an inbox alone can't give you.
Iris spent a decade in the personal-development industry — courses, retreats, certifications — before noticing the gap between what she knew and how she actually lived.
Anchor & Wing is the practice she built to close that gap, and now teaches to others stuck in the same place.
"I'd read every book. Iris was the first person who asked what my shoulders were doing while I talked about it."
— Noor, client since 2024
"Six months in and I finally notice I'm anxious before I've already sent the email."
— Theo, client since 2023

Coaching that works through the body as well as the mind — movement, breath, and attention practices, alongside the usual coaching conversation, to help insight actually change behavior.
Coaching is forward-facing and non-clinical — it's not diagnosis or treatment. If clinical support seems like the better fit, Iris will say so and can refer out.

Eight to ten people, eight weeks, one 90-minute session a week plus a private group thread for the days in between.
