Long Exhale runs guided conscious-connected breathwork — in a room, on a mat, phone off. No incense required. No prior experience needed.
A group circle to start, a 1:1 session to go deeper, or training if you want to hold space for others.
A guided conscious-connected breath journey with 10–14 people. Bring a mat, leave lighter.
One-on-one, paced entirely to what's actually happening in your body that day.
Learn to hold a breath circle safely — for your own practice, or to teach others.
Wren found breathwork after eight years in emergency medicine, looking for something that worked as fast as a crisis does — just pointed somewhere kinder.
Long Exhale is built on one rule: nothing here requires you to believe in anything. Just to breathe on purpose for twenty minutes and see what happens.
"I've done years of talk therapy. Twenty minutes on the floor with Wren moved more."
— Alex, circle member since 2024
"Went in skeptical about the 'woo' of it. Left crying and laughing in the same five minutes. Still go every week."
— Farrah, circle member since 2023
Sessions run weekly, in-person and online. Drop your email and Wren will send the schedule plus a short prep guide.

Wren screens every new participant beforehand and adapts the pace accordingly. If you're on certain medications or pregnant, reach out first — some techniques need modification.
